Hamlet Act II questions

1.) At the opening of the scene, to where
At the beginning of the scene Polonius is sending Reynoldo to Paris to spy on Laretes
and to make sure he isn't getting into any trouble or being a Hippocratic. He would also find information through
peoples reactions.

14.) Hamlet calls Polonius a "fishmonger". Why?
Well a "Fishmonger" is described as a Pimp and that they exploit others for personal gain. Polonius used his daughter
to get in with the king and the nobility
